The Board of Directors of HT Brigham & Company Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Allen as Chief Executive Officer and Anna Lavender-Moore as Compliance Director. Effective May 30th.
Doug joins the board as part of the acquisition of HT Brigham & Company Ltd by Brigham Group Ltd. He is a strategic thinker with 25 years senior leadership experience gained in manufacturing. Doug has held senior positions with United Technologies, Goodrich, and Moog Aircraft Group.
An apprenticed Metallurgical Engineer, Doug studied at Sandwell College. Moving on to further study with the Open University, Warwick Manufacturing Group and Oxford University. He will focus on delivering a strategy positioning HT Brigham at the heart of the supply chain of the future.
Anna has held leadership positions with Goodrich Corp, United Technologies Corp, and Moog Corp. Therefore, she is greatly experienced in the delivery of process and compliance excellence in highly complex environments. Anna is passionate about new technologies and most recently has been supporting Vertical Aerospace. There, Anna helped design, deploy, and maintain quality and training systems for electric, Vertical Take Off & Landing aircraft (eVTOL). These initiatives supported a $2bn New Product Introduction programme.
Anna is a Master of Organisational Psychology, and has studied at Liverpool, Cranfield, and Cambridge Universities. She will focus on the systematic improvement of our processes, and furthermore, improve the interface with key customers.
