Our Capabilities in Pressings
At our Coleshill Headquarters we have over 60,000 Square Feet of Production Hall, where for the past 75 years, we have been investing in equipment, and developing problem solving expertise, to help customers meet their metal pressings objectives.
Over the years the Brigham Culture and Philosophy has developed, to make us easy to deal with. We enjoy solving problems and developing new methods that give our customers even greater quality of product and service, and our customers agree.
Our press shops work to the exacting requirements of IATF16949, and ISO9001, within a sustainable environment governed by ISO14001.
We provide cleaning, heat treatment, and chemical processing services through carefully selected partnerships with our approved suppliers, who can work to the stringent requirements of CQI, and Nadcap standards.
At Brigham we are investing in our systems to ensure that customers not only get the pressings they need on time, every time, but also get up-to-date information when they need it. In 2022, we added cloud capabilities, and replaced our ageing ERP and planning software for state-of-the-art systems.

Our Production Capabilities
Our pressings are manufactured using a wide range of plant and equipment including single action, progression and transfer presses.
Our hydraulic and pneumatic presses range from 20T to 400T.
We are capable of processing material widths from 20mm to 400mm, with gauges of 0.1mm to 6mm.
Internally, we have our own tool room focusing on repair and service of customer tooling.
Brigham have an internal transport service, with vehicles up to 7.5T curtain siders. Delivering to our customers across the United Kingdom.
